You Higher Self is an expanded version of yourself…
what we have heard in our legacy as the Guru Within.
It is the wiser YOU, more expanded YOU and the one who carries more LOVE.

Therefore, when one is permanently connected “consciously” to one’s HS, one gets to “know” what to do/think/behave for one’s Highest Potential and Good. …the right people to hang out with, the right thoughts to think, the books to read, the food to eat, the shop to go to to get the best price for oneself, daily decisions…everything starts coming online.

It’s a fabulous experience ..takes a bit of work, awareness and listening to oneself…to the voice within ( even if the mind is saying…NO,no..stay way…) , u start following your
heart…and face your fears and your insecurities et all…And resolving, healing and empowering yourself. Your weaknesses, your Karma’s become your strengths.

In the Christian tradition, the HS is called the “Guardian Angel”. Each religion has offered a way to connect to one’s own Higher Self, albeit in different terminologies.
That is one of the fundamental essence of religion.

As a child, we listened to our G.A. or H.S. and did things and said things which made our Soul happy and secured and joyful and creative…and we easily got what we wanted. We have forgotten that…and this 40 day practice will reconnect us to our INFINITE SOURCE OF LOVE, WISDOM AND POWER.

Highest Potential.
~ Working with the Higher Self opens You access to Your 12 Chakral system- the next stage of
evolution, working with the inner Earth core, the Sun and the Central Sun.
~Slowly, over a period of time, one “embodies “one’s Higher Self and becomes a Master, if one choses
to do that. That’s when one lives in the 5th Dimension.
This is what I call a Sadhna…
~ u have to listen to this meditation ( which i shall provide) a minimum of once a day
for a period of 40 days. It is a 10 minute meditation.
