Healing Kundalini Energy with The Nagas
The Nagas or Dragons are a class of mythical, immortal semi divine beings, half human and half cobra. They are a strong, handsome species who can assume either wholly human or wholly serpentine form and are potentially dangerous but often beneficial to humans. They live in an underground kingdom which is in Patala Loka, filled with resplendent palaces, beautifully ornamented with resplendent gems. They guard treasures- both material riches and spiritual wealth.
The creator deity Brahma relegated the Nagas to the nether regions when they became too populous on earth and commanded them to bite only the truly evil or those destined to die prematurely. They are also associated with waters—rivers, lakes, seas, and wells—and are guardians of treasure. The female Naginis are serpentine princesses of striking beauty. One of their primary duties as a Naga or Dragon is to protect the Enlightened Beings on this Planet. They are portal guardians as well.
It is said that the dynasties of Manipur, Pallavas of South India and a family in earlier Indo-China claimed an origin in the union of a human being and a Nagi.
Some of the famous Naga Kings are
Dragon King MuChalinda is known to have guarded Buddha for 7 days from the rains when he was in deep meditation. Vasuki is the famous snake or dragon King of Lord Shiva. He has a Nagamani Gem on his forehead. He is known for his role in the Samudra Manthan between the Devas and the Asuras. We channelled him last saavan.
Adishesha or Ananta is the King Shesh-Naga on which Lord Vishnu reclines. He is one of the primal beings of creation. He incarnated on Earth as Lakshmana during the avatar of Rama in the Treta Yug and as Balarama, brother of Krishna during the
Dwaparyug and Ramanucharya, the proponent of Advaita School of Vedanta during the Kalyug.
The other Naga or Dragon Kings are Padmanabha, Kambala, Dhritarashtra, Shankalpa, Takshaka, Kaliya.
